Running Events
All races are Finals (no Prelims). Races with multiple heats will be seeded with top seeds in the last heat. Times will be verified based on performance list found on FLRunners.com.
Field Events: Finals only w/ four attempts for the Long Jump, Triple Jump, Discus & Shot Put.

Fees: Entry fees are $100 per school. Please make checks payable to Olympia High School.
Entries: Each school is allowed 3 entries per running or field events and one relay in each relay event. Online Entry must be done by Friday, March 31, 2017 by 11:59 pm. Website for online entries is: http://www.flrunners.com
Scratch Meeting: We will do our scratch meeting online. Entries are due by 11:59 pm on Friday, March 31 on FLRunners.com. Entries will close and performance lists will be posted by 9:00 pm on Saturday, April 1, at which time entries will be reopened for changes. Coaches have until 9:00 pm on Sunday, April 2 to make final changes to entries at which time entries become final. A new performance list along with lane assignments will be posted by noon on Monday, April 3 so coaches know assignments before going to practice on Monday. Note, you will not be able to make substitutions on race day or make additional scratches or changes after the final deadline on Sunday.
Parking for School Buses: Please drop off all athletes near the back entrance to the track. If there is inclement weather, all teams will report to their bus and parents/spectators will return to their cars.
Passes: 6 passes per school (3 for boys teams, 3 for girls teams)
Cost to the public: $5.00, Free admittance to the following: State Series Pass and Lifetime passes only

Friendly Reminders:
FHSAA rules will be implemented and followed.
Athletes participating in the field events (Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, and Discus) will have 4 attempts as finals.
Athletes who scratch from an event or do not report to an event will be eliminated from the Meet, per FHSAA rules.
Clerk of the Course will be located near the starting line under the tent.
All athletes can be housed on the visitors side of the stadium.
Athletes will need to warm-up within the designated areas behind the visitors stadium.
Relay teams will not be allowed to check in without their designated relay card. These can be found in your team packet.
Athletic Trainers: The athletic trainers tent will be located adjacent to the finish line.
Results can be found at Elite Timing.
Awards: 1st Place Team Trophies will be given. First through eighth place ribbons for each event will be awarded.
We will provide three lime green armbands in each team packet for coaches to wear while at the track meet. This will allow coaches access to the venue as all gates will be locked except the main entrance.
