The SAC East Championship Track and Field meet will be held at Wiregrass Ranch HS on March 30th.
TEAMS
Land O Lakes, Pasco, Sunlake, Wesley Chapel, Wiregrass Ranch, Zephyrhills
ENTRIES
4 athletes per event maximum. 1 relay team for each relay.
SCHEDULE
2 PM Coaches Meeting
2:30 Field Events begin
Pole Vault: Pasco
High Jump: Wesley Chapel
Long Jump: Wiregrass Ranch
Triple Jump: Sunlake
Shot Put: Zephyrhills
Discus: Land O Lakes
3:00 4 x 800 Relay (Girls followed by Boys)
3:30 Running Prelims (High Hurdles, 100, 400, 300 Hurdles, 200)
Unscored 800/1600 will be run at conclusion of Prelims.
Running Finals will begin approximately 30 minutes after conclusion of running prelims. Normal order of events, rolling schedule. Fast and slow heats of the 800 and 1600 unless there are fewer than 20 entries. Run slow heat followed by fast heat. One heat each (boys and girls) of the 3200.
