Online entry deadline is Monday, March 19th at 11:59pm.
Coaches meeting is at 3:30pm
Field events start 3:45pm - all competitors will be given 3 attempts at each field event.
- Shot - Girls 1st, then Boys
- Disc - Boys 1st, then Girls
- HJ - Girls 1st, then Boys
- LJ - Boys 1st, then Girls
- TJ - Following LJ (Both Genders will be jumping together)
4x800 4:15pm
Running events starting at 5:30pm all events will be run as finals.

- 110m High Hurdles
- 100m Dash
- 1600m Run
- 4x100m Relay
- 400m Dash
- 300m Hurdles
- 800m Run
- 200m Dash
- 3200m Run
- 4x400m Relay
We do not have the Pole Vault mats or runway for this event. This is a invite only, with 5 athletes per event limit. One relay allowed for each school. Team fee of $150.00 per school. We will keep it to 6 total schools including FBA. Please email to see if we have an opening.
