Please make sure all your athletes have participated in at least 5 meets. If your athlete competed in
a meet under someone else's name, then that does not count. Furthermore, the
athlete needs to have completed the entire event for it to be counted as 5 meets.
JV meets and consolation races do count as well as relays. If a runner does not
show to have 5 meets on flrunners, then please bring proof that they competed in
5 meets. The main thing is that we all act with integrity and only enter athletes
that have met the minimum requirements. I trust that we will all do this, but this
is just a healthy reminder and it will be checked.

SCHEDULE OF FIELD EVENTS- Discus will begin 30 minutes later in both of the
waves of field events. The reason for this is due to our facility. Our discus is up a
major flight of stairs at the top of a hill. For discus athletes that are in other field
events, we felt it was only fair to stagger this particular event. We do not want an
athlete being on the clock running up and down those steps constantly and
switching shoes. So, we will go with this 30 minute stagger and hope that eases
the stress on those athletes doubling or tripling in that particular way. Obviously,
it will go back to normal routine at Regionals. However, there are not hills to climb
at TFA.
Schedule:
