Use the link below to make sure athletes are entered
correctly by 4/17 @ 6PM (registration closes at this time and athletes cannot
be entered without administrative override after that time).
All new coaches, you will need to create a free online
account on www.flrunners.com.This is the online registration site we use
to register athletes.Athletes must be
registered here by the above date in order to compete in the conference meet.
Maximum Entries
Each school may enter up to 3 athletes in each event (just
one relay)
4 events maximum (3 running)
Remember, every athlete must have a time/height/distance
that is correctly entered an is verifiable from a performance THIS SEASON.You may not guess a performance to get an
athlete into a faster heat or later in a field event flight.
Remember, all times should be entered as "hand timed."

If no one objects, we can use these messages as the coaches'
meeting.If any requires clarification
on anything, please include all coaches to keep us all in the loop.
Pre-event Check-In
Athletes are to check in at gate to the infield.No athletes will be permitted into infield
unless their event has been called.Athletes on the infield must report to the on deck staging area.
Hospitality Area
Dinner for coaches and administrators will be catered by
Chick-fil-A.It will be located in the
meeting room located in the concessions building.
Team Areas
Please instruct athletes to use the visitor stands
Safety Plan
In the event of inclement weather, please instruct your
athletes to head towards the CCMHS cafeteria.
