Meet Information
Athletes will compete in the following field events.
The sum of the best heights and/or distances will be used as results.
Each field event relay will have 2 athletes per event. Please indicate
by a check if you plan on competing in the field events listed.
*Coaches Meeting at 4:00
*We are not responsible for transportation delays.
*Field Events at 4:30
-- Long Jump (2 jumps)
-- Shot Put (2 throws)

_- Discus (2 throws)
All running events will consist of 4 boys or 4 girls with the exception of the Shuttle Hurdle, which will have 2 athletes in each race, and the Mile Team Race, which will have 3 athletes per race.
*Running events will begin at 5:00 and follow a rolling schedule. Please check if your team will be competing in the following events.
*It is the first meet of the season; therefore, we will be doing random seeding.

_____Girls Mile Team (Only 3 athletes-cross country scoring) * No order, but fastest ones will line up first. ** This may require two heats.

_____Girls Sprint Medley (100-100-200-400)

Awards: Tee-shirts to the first team in each scoring event and ribbons to 2nd through 8th place
Coaches tee-shirts for the winning teams.
Entry fee is $55 for a girls and boys team per school, or $30 for either a girls or boys team entered separately.
*The first 15 teams to commit with a contract will be considered entered in the meet.
**Entries are due by Thursday, February 22, 2008.
