High School coaches should determine which division their schools should compete in based on the breakdown of enrollment numbers.
High School Enrollment (9-12 grade only):
1A -- up to 493 students (1 -- 470)
2A -- 493 -- 1525 students
3A -- 1526 -- 2092 students
4A -- 2092 + students
Middle School - 5th - 8th grade*
Upper Elementary - 3rd - 5th grade
* To be eligible to compete in the High School division, your team must be eligible to compete according to your official state high school athletic association per NFHS guidelines. Only athletes in grades 9 through 12
are eligible to compete in the high school division. Seewww.disneycrosscountry.comfor complete eligibility requirements. No unattached or individual high school athletes.
ELIGIBILITY:
Upper Elementary School: Elementary school athletes in grades 3-5. Teams and individual athletes are allowed in the upper elementary school division.
Middle School: Middle school athletes in grades 5-8. Teams and individual athletes are allowed in the middle school division.

High School: Must be a current member of your state High School Athletic Association as well as under the rules of the National Federation of State High School Association (NFHS), and be able to compete according to your state's
rules and regulations.Only grades 9 through 12 are eligible to participate according to NFHS sanctioning guidelines.Teams are responsible for verifying their team's eligibility prior to registering or making travel arrangements. Teams only, no unattached or individual athletes. Teams that are not a member of their state high school association may enter the Open Race as a club team.

College / University: Must be a currently eligible athlete representing a NCAA, NAIA, or Junior College, or NCCAA member Institution.
Open Race:
Athletes ages 11 and up may compete in the Open Race. Club teams and high school teams that are not a member of their state high school association may enter the Open Race. First place team awards will be added for the Open Race if enough teams register.
REGISTRATION:
ENTRY DEADLINE:Registration closes at 11:59PM EST on Sunday, September 30, 2018
Teams will register, input rosters, and pay in one system -- Got Sport. Please create a user profile when registering for the first time. You will need one profile for each team and/or individual runner you are registering. Each profile will require aunique usernameand you may reuse your profile year over year once created.

High School/College Entry Fees (per team/per gender):
Regular Registration Fee: $200* per gender if paid by September 14
Late Registration Fee: $250* per gender if paid September 15 through September 30
*Up to 20 runners per gender, $5.00 for each additional runner over the 20
runner per gender maximum
Middle School/Upper Elementary School Fees (per team/per gender):
Regular Registration Fee: $125* per gender if paid by September 14
Late Registration Fee: $150* per gender if paid September 15
through September 30

PAYMENT:
All teams and Open Race/Individual Middle School athletes must pay online via the payment link provided below after registering online via GotSport and receiving invoice. Payment for open/individual athletes is due within 24 hours of receiving invoice.
Teams may pay online or via school check. No personal checks are accepted. For online payment, username and password created during registration process will be needed for login.

Required Documents:
All participants appearing on the roster, as well as coaches, must sign an event waiver.

Teams may participate in Priority Check-in by uploading waivers into GotSport prior to September 21. A team representative will still be required to attend on-site registration to verify roster and pick-up credentials. For more

Teams that choose not to participate in Priority Check-in will be required to submit completed waivers at on-site registration and should allow extra time for on-site check-in.
Rosters:
Please visit GotSportto submit team/individual rosters. Each roster will need to be submitted in each team or individual account under the Athletes folder. Deadline to submit rosters is Sunday, September 30 at 11:59PM EST.
