Meet Information

PARENTS AND FANS - a $5 per vehicle parking fee will be collected at the entrance to the park. Only team buses, coaches, and meet officials will be exempt. If you only need to drop off an athlete you will be asked to turn left into the facilities paved parking area, drop off by the stables, and immediately exit the facility. As you know the gates will be staffed by volunteers and they do not deserve to be hassled with non-compliance and complaints. See Coach Eric Nelson if you have concerns or problems with the parking policy.

There will be a designated area for all team tents.

Directions:

From I-10 (headed West) take Exit 5 to US Alt 90 W

Turn LEFT on US Alt 90 follow to Beulah Rd (@ Tom Thumb on left)

Turn LEFT on Beulah Rd follow to Mobile Hwy

Turn LEFT on Mobile Hwy to Equestrian Center on left

From Hwy 98 (headed West) take Hwy 98 to 9th Ave

Turn RIGHT on 9th Ave follow to Cervantes Ave

Turn LEFT onto FL-10A W/US-90 W/E Cervantes St

Follow for approx.. 12 miles to Equestrian Center on right

Sanctioning:

Meet will be open to all FHSAA and AHSAA only.

Course:

Both the 5K and 3K races (3K has been CANCELLED) will have the same starting and finish lines. Grass course marked with flags and paint. We will have course marshals at critical parts of the course. Spikes recommended. One road crossing.

Entry Fee:

High School - $75 per school - $30 for one gender - $5 per individual

Make all checks payable to Pensacola Catholic HS. Please bring either a check or a copy of the purchase order for the entry fee. Schools may mail checks to host school (Pensacola Catholic), however, please bring a copy of your purchase order. Please visit the registration table to take care of payment and retrieve meet packet.

Championship Award to Escambia and Santa Rosa Champions

Overall Male and Female (of the race, not the county)

Famous Horse's Butt Trophy, Medal

(Champions are excluded from Class Awards)

Top 2- 15 in each race earning all area honors

Top athlete in each class 9th, 10, 11th, 12th

Small Trophy

Middle School Awards:

Top 5 in each gender earning all area honors
