Meet Information
All teams will be allowed unlimited entries. Athletes will be given 4 attempts (except for high jump and pole vault, which will be 3 attempts). We will be offering the javelin throw this year. Those interested must have a javelin of the correct weight (girls 600g/boys 800g) with a rubber tip that is permanently attached. For the complete rules concerning the javelin, click here.

The entry fee for teams will be $65 per gender or $120 per school (both boys and girls teams together). Teams can enter an individual for $15 per runner.
