Meet Information
The 30th annual Jack Rice Invitational will be held on Friday, March 15th, 2019. The meet will take place on our 6 lane recently resurfaced asphalt track at East Bay High School.
3 entries per field event will be allowed. Athletes will be given 3 attempts (except for high jump and pole vault, which will be 3 attempts at each height). For the Long and Triple Jump, Shot and Disc the top seeded athletes will go first.
All teams will be allowed to enter up to 3 athletes per laned running event and only 1 relay team per relay event. For the 800m we will allow 4 entries and for the 1600m and the 3200m up to 6.
There will be a coaches meeting at 4:15pm. The field events will begin around 4:45pm; boys and girls long jump, girls high jump, girls pole vault, girls disc and boys shot. The remaining events will start at the conclusion of the previous events. The 3200 will begin at 5:00pm. The 4x800 will begin at 6:00pm with the 110H beginning at 6:30pm and a rolling schedule will resume after that. There will be a 10 min break for East Bay's "Senior Night" at the end of the 200m.
