*Every runner needs a bib number, please submit all athletes!*

Entry Fees:

$120 per school ($60 per gender, $15 per athlete if not a full team)

Time Schedule:

High School (5k races):

3:15pm = Coaches Meeting (at the finish line)

3:45pm = JV Girls (unlimited runners)

4:25pm = JV Boys (unlimited runners)

5:00pm = Varsity Girls (up to 10 runners)

5:35pm = Varsity Boys (up to 10 runners)

6:15pm = Awards Presentation

Team Awards:

Boys & Girls Varsity Champion and Runner-Up Trophies.

(No trophies for High School Junior Varsity races)

Individual Awards:

Trophies & Apparel for each individual Varsity champion.

Apparel for 2nd thru 10th places for Varsity races.

Medals awarded to the top 10 finishers in JV races.

The responsibility of the Meet Host is to provide proper medical care in an unforeseen circumstance. Please do not risk athlete injury by coaching carelessly. Also, please bring enough liquids to keep your athletes properly hydrated.
