The Wolf Pack Invitational is the first in-season meet we have done at St. Francis. The course has typically been run over the last few years as the 1A District 5 course in the past. This year the district site has changed, but the course here at the school is an awesome challenge for any runner to undertake.
The course is two and a half loops of varying terrain. From grass, wooded trail, sand and rocks, downhills and some steep climbs, this is a course and race that will test a runner's grit. 10 runners per team are allowed in each Varsity race. The other runners will be in the JV races.

10:00am Middle School 3k
Awards will begin at the conclusion of the Middle School race
Awards:
Trophies to the champion and runner up teams in both the Varsity and JV races.
Ribbons for the first fifteen runners in the Varsity, JV and Middle School races.
Entry fees:
We will be taking the first 10 high school teams to sign up for the meet. For the middle school race, we will see how many would like to come before creating a cut off.
$75 for the Varsity boys and $75 for the Varsity girls. 10 runners will be able to compete per Varsity team. The JV runners will be included in the Varsity fee and unlimited entries.
$50 per team for the Middle School race
$10 per individual runner
Entries will be due by August 21,2019
Timing and Results:
Half Mile Timing will be doing the timing and will provide results at the conclusion of the races.
Concessions and Merchandise:
The school will also have concessions and selling race T-shirts. $15 for short sleeve and $20 for long sleeve. All proceeds will go towards the cross country and track team programs.
