Course preview: Holloway Park and the XC course will be open the day prior to the meet (Oct. 21st) from 8:00am till 7:00pm and there will be several opportunities to race at the course during the season.

Team vans, buses and coaches in cars will not be charged...parking or spectator fee. BUT you must use Holloway Park Dr entrance off Hwy 98/Bartow Road. As you come through the gate, vans, buses and coaches will drive to the right (will be signs). Coaches wristbands will be given. Please put on your wristbands before going into the spectator gate or Athlete/Team entrance, near the school bus/van parking.
Team bus and van parking will be on the left side of the park road after going through the gates.
2 coaches wristbands for each gender full team.1 coaches wristband for 4 or less runners
per gender.
Athletes in uniforms will not be charged admission.
Parking: $5.00
Spectator entrance: will be $6.00
We will have a lead cart for each race.
We will have a FHSAA Certified Official at the race.
Packet pick up and coaches meeting will begin at 3:30 PM at the timers tent located near the finish line. There will be signs posted. You will receive a bib number and a chip for all 15 athletes that you entered on your District entry list. YOU MAY ONLY RUN UP TO TEN, BUT CAN ONLY COUNT YOUR TOP 7 RUNNERS.
- Runners Entered Per Team. A varsity level cross country team must be composed of five (5) to
seven (7) runners. During the regular season and district meets (not the regional or state
championship meets), meet directors/managers will have the option to allow up to 10 runners in a
varsity race. Any team member who finishes beyond 7th in the team standing shall not count towards
scoring in the team or individual race, shall not displace any opposing runner in individual score and
shall not receive any individual awards during the competition
- Advancement. The first ten (10) placing teams and the top thirty (30) runners in each district meet
shall advance to the regional meet. A "team" is defined as having five (5) or more runners on the
starting line and competing.
