Teams are allowed 4 individuals or 2 relays per event
Athletes are allowed to compete in 4 events total
"B" team relays will be timed, but are non-scoring
There will be a concession stand at this meet
Entry Fee: $50 per school

8:30am- Coaches Meeting
9:00am- 4x800m Relay
9:30am- Start of Field Events
~12:00pm- Start of Running Events
Running event order:
1600m, 100m, 400m, 4x100m, 800m, 200m, 4x400m

Team Champion & Runner-up Trophies
Medals for top three individuals per event
Most Outstanding individual performer award
