ENTRY FEES:


> $150.00 per gender team/$15.00 per athlete

> All teams must be registered and meet entry paid on site to be able to participate. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

MEET CONDUCT:

All field events, except high jump and pole vault, will be contested in flights with three trials and nine advancing to the finals. In the finals, each competitor will receive three additional attempts. HJ/PV will be run in continual flights. There will be minimum marks for all field events. FHSAA rules will be in effect.

> All entries must be received no later than 11:59pm EST Sunday, March 22nd 2020

> THREE (3) TRACK entries, TWO (2) FIELD entries per team per event, ONE (1) relay per team.

> ONLY HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES ARE ALLOWED TO COMPETE.

MINIMUM MARKS/STARTING HEIGHTS- FIELD EVENTS:

Girls Long Jump: 16 feet (4.88m), Boys Long Jump: 21 feet (6.40m)

Girls Triple Jump: 32 feet (9.75m), Boys Triple Jump: 42 feet (42.80m)

Girls Shot Put: 32 feet (9.75m), Boys Shot Put: 44 feet (13.41m)

Girls Discus: 100 feet (30.48m), Boys Discus: 125 feet (38.10m)

Girls Pole Vault: 8 feet (2.44m), Boys Pole Vault: 11 feet (3.35m)

Girls High Jump: 4 feet 10 inches (1.47m), Boys High Jump: 6 feet (1.83m)

AWARDS:

Awards will be provided to the overall team champion of each gender as well as individual and relay champions.

EVENT CHECK IN:

> Running event participants must check-in with the meet clerk of the course, no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled event.

> Field event participants must report to the event site no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled event or they will be scratched.

> All warm-ups must be conducted on the fields adjacent to the track. No warm ups will be conducted on the track.

IMPLEMENT WEIGH IN:

All Implements must be checked-in and impounded at the designated times at the Implement Weigh-In Area, located in the Ansin Sport Complex. Uncertified implements will be impounded and released following the event.
