Information
$10 per Vehicle for parking and $7 Per Person for Entry fee (Both will be collected by parking attendants)
Coaches, please have your FHSAA card present upon arrival to waivethese fees
Buses will not have to pay*

Schedule
Friday 11/6
Course Preview2:45-5:15pm (may be kept open later depending on football team's schedule TBD)
Saturday 11/7
Gates open 5:15 a.m.
Packet Pick up 5:30am Packets can be picked up in front of the
main entrance to the Football Stadium
Coaches Meeting 7:00 a.m./ Online
Girls 8:00 a.m.
Boys 8:45 a.m.
Awards Following the last race
Trophies -Top two teams girls/boys
top 15 medals girls/boys
Coaches will be in charge of returning the timing chips back wherethey picked their packets up.
Concessions - Drinks and Snacks
Safety precautions/restrictions:
-No In person Coaches Meeting
-Everyone not running will be required to wear a mask.
-Have team camps be spread out away from each other (at least 10
feet away from each other)
-No instructions at start line from official
-No one allowed to be at start line till 5 min prior to start
time.
-No award ceremonies
-Provide disposable mask for all athletes to wear at start line
and they can throw it on the ground upon start
-Track/finish line area is off limits to parents and spectators
-Extend finish line chute
-Provide only bottled waters at finish line
