Schedule:
7:30am - Coaches Meeting
8:00am - Girls Start
8:40am - Boys Start (Boys race will not start until Girls race is completed.)
9:15am - Awards
Two loop course. Spike friendly.
10 runners per team at start line.
Top 3 teams and top 4 individuals (not part of an advancing team) will move on to Regionals.
Awards: Team trophies for 1st placing team. Medals to top 10 individuals
Parking/Admission: $10 per car
