Mogo timing will be timing the races and Rylen Garlitz will be the meet referee and starter.
We will have a lead cart for each race.
We will have a FHSAA Certified Official at the race.
Packet Pick Up will be located at the team entrance gate. You will receive a bib number and chip for all 15 athletes that you entered on your District entry list. A maximum of 7 runners can race per team.
Timing chips must be returned in order. Any missing chips will be $5 per chip and if they are not in order it will be $50, per the timing company.
There will be a trainer on site near the finish line.
Athletes are expected to wear masks, except when warming up, racing, and cooling down.
Please maintain social distancing and make sure that your team tent area is set up 10 feet from others. We have room, please spread out.
1 mile and 2 mile will be marked. The 1 mile mark is on a small trail and we ask that no spectators are in this area. Coaches please be aware of space and make sure that the lead cart and the runners have enough room to pass through the mile stations.
Awards will be given to the top 15 individual runners. Trophies will be given to the regional champion team and the regional runners up.
Spectator Fee: $7 per spectator will be charged for admission to the race. Coaches please have your FHSAA card to waive these fees. Spectators need to stay in the designated spectator areas. All spectators should wear a mask.
