PHEAT and TimeSpann Meet Management presents theIndoor/Outdoor Tune Up



A small challenge of indoor events on an outdoor track and a great measurement for those entering into the Indoor Season.This is an invitation ONLY meet to inquire about running, please contact TimeSpannMM@gmail.com

Teams cannot be in school attire. Athletes must be affiliated with a registered track and field club (AAU/USATF).

Additional information and schedule shortly! COVID protocols will be followed to include temperature check in at gate before entry as well as completion of a Covid Questionairre for cobtact tracing purposes.

Meet Date 12/19/20 -- Meet Start 3:00pm -- Gate will open for parking at 2:00pm

Schedule - Order of Events below the following information:

We will be FAT by Time Spann MM in partnership and results will post online shortly after the meet. Entries will need to be completed by 10:00pm 12/17/2020.

Also, to go a little in depth about how to register your teams. All teams will need to be attached to a Club and this Club should be set up on Fl.Milesplit so you can register your athletes. Per FHSAA any off season competitions need to be through a club and not a high school, so we are staying in line with these new rules. NOW, you can link these profiles to the high school profiles by just sending an email to Fl.milesplit but for our purposes all registrations and results will be through the Club.


Entry Fee - $12.00/athlete to be paid ONLINE ONLY there will be NO Payments accepted in person. We are a cashless environment.


Spectator Fee - $3.00/person to be paid ONLINE ONLY No Cash will be accepted or taken on site. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
We look forward to a great event in preparation for those continuing to an indoor season.
