This meet is not an open meet.

This meet is for Ransom Everglades, Coral Gables, Gulliver, and Palmer Trinity only.


COVID-19 Precautions & Meet Information:
No spectators are allowed at the competition.
Each coach must submit a signed release form attesting the health of their athletes prior to competing.
All coaches and student-athletes must wear masks and practice social distancing.
Student-athletes will not have to wear masks during running events.
Student-athletes will have to wear masks during field events.
Non-participating athletes are not allowed at the field events.
Teams must be separated and must stay on the north side of the track, in or behind the bleachers.
Failure to abide by these rules will result in disqualification and removal from the meet.
There are no indoor bathrooms available, please use the two port-o-lets at the track.

All entries are due by Monday, March 15th, 2021 at 11:59pm
5 entries per event in field events
4 entries per event in sprinting events
8 entries per event in distance events
1 entry in the relay events (No "B" teams)
All events are non-scoring

Entry Fee:
$100 per school ($50 per gender)

Time Schedule:
2:45pm- Coaches Meeting

3:00pm- Field Events (Rolling Schedule)
Masks must be worn at all times for field events. Social distancing of at least 6 feet at all times. Only 3 attempts. In throws, athletes or their coach, will retrieve their own implements.
Co-ed Javelin (football infield; no use of the track for warm-ups until Javelin is completed)
Girls Long Jump followed by Girls Triple Jump
Boys Long Jump followed by Boys Triple Jump
Co-ed Pole Vault (starts at 5' / 1.52m for girls, 8' / 2.44m for boys)
Co-ed High Jump (starts at 4' / 1.22m for girls, 5' / 1.52 for boys)

4:00pm- Boys & Girls Shot Put and Discus

4:15pm- Running Events (Rolling Schedule)
There will be no clerk of the course to avoid crowding. Heat Sheets will be provided to each coach to share with their athletes. All athletes will report directly to the starting line and should know their heat & lane prior to each race. Masks must be worn until athletes reach the starting line.

Order of Running Events:
100m/110m hurdles
100m dash
1600m run
4x100m relay
5 minute break
400m dash
300m hurdles
800m run
200m dash
Co-ed 3200m run
4x400m relay

There is no clerk tent: For the 100m/110m hurdles, 100m, 200m, and 300m hurdles, athletes will report directly to the lanes they are assigned at the start of their races. For the circular races (400m, 800m, 1600m, 4x100m, 3200m, and 4x400m), athletes report to the infield near the 50 yard line to be escorted to lanes. Keep 6 feet apart at all times.
