Jury of Appeals:
*In the case of an appealable issue, the following Jury of Appeals individuals will be called upon:

Venue Information:
*No Spectators allowed
*Each visiting school must verify all players, coaches and managers have been appropriately screened for COVID-19 prior to arriving.
*All athletes must be wearing their team uniform for entry and a face covering at all times except when running.
*Teams will be located in the east grand stands.
*Coaches and athletes are not allowed on the infield during the running events.

General Meet Information:
*All NFHS and FHSAA rules will be in effect; please make sure all athletes are in compliance.
*The Champion and Runner-up Boys and Girls teams will receive trophies.
*The top eight (8) places score for all eighteen (18) events: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
*The top four (4) individuals and relays from each event will advance to the Region Championship on Saturday, May 1st at Calvary Christian.

General Meet Schedule:
9:30am- Coaches Meeting
9:30am- Implement and Pole Vaulter Weigh-ins
9:45am- Check-in and warm-ups for the Field Events
10:00am- Girls and Boys 4x800m Relay Finals
10:30am- Start of Field Events (more information on the following page)
4:00pm- Start of Running Finals:
100m / 110m Hurdles, 100m Dash, 1600m Run, 4x100m Relay, 400m Dash, 300m Hurdles, 800m Run, 200m Dash, 3200m Run, 4x400m Relay
~8:15pm- Trophy Presentation

Running Event Regulations:
*All running events will be contested in the following order: 2A-16 Girls, 2A-16 Boys.
*In all running events which are automatic finals (800m, 1600m, 3200m, 4x400m), where there are multiple heats, the slower heats will be contested before the faster heats.
*Lapped competitors in the 1600m and 3200m runs can finish their race, but must run in lane 3.

Long Jump: Westminster Christian (G)/Booker T (B)
Hurdle Crew: St. Brendan and Gulliver Prep
Triple Jump: Sunset (B), Ransom/SLAM (G)
Exchange Zones: GMAC Officials
High Jump: Carrollton (B/G)
Discus Throw: Immaculata-Lasalle (B/G)
Shot Put: Coral Shores (B/G)
Pole Vault: Gulliver Prep (B/G)

Field Event Regulations:
*Reminder, that running events take precedence over all other events; athletes cannot make-up a race if they miss their heat. Additionally, vertical jumping events take precedence over all other field events; for pole vault and high jump, the bar does not lower once is has been raised to a new height.
*Field Events judges will use professional discretion in allowing athletes to check-in and out from their field events to attend other field events or running events that are being conducted at the same time.
*Reminder, it is up to the discretion of the field event judge to change the order of competitors to accommodate for an athlete that has left to compete in another event.
*Field Event Finals will be consist of 4 jumps/throws. For vertical jumping events, jump-offs are required for 1st place and 4th place; no ties are allowed.
*Starting Heights: TBD

Field Event Schedule:
*Start time for the second round of field events is tentative depending on number of entries in the initial field events; be advised that some events may begin earlier or later than the estimated time that is listed.
*Note that we will be using one (1) pole vault pit, one (1) high jump pit, one (1) discus circle, one (1) shot put circle, and two (2) sand jumping pits. For all schools, please bring tape measures for judging.

Field Events start @ 10:30am (rolling schedule):
Girls Javelin followed by Boys Javelin at ~11:30am
Girls Pole Vault, followed by Boys at ~11:30pm
Girls High Jump, followed by Boys at ~11:30am
Girls Long Jump, followed by Boys at ~11:30am
Boys Long Jump, followed by Girls at ~11:30am
1:00pm Boys Discus, followed by Girls at ~2:30pm
1:00pm Girls Shot Put, followed by Boys at ~2:30pm
