**MEET INFORMATION :

WE WILL FOLLOW THE SAME ORDER OF EVENTS (TRACK SCHEDULE ONLY)AS THE REGIONAL MEET FOR 2021**

***MEET ENTRIES WILL BE COMPLETED VIA DIRECT ATHLETICS STARTING 4 / 1 & ENDING 4 / 11 @ 9AM

DATE: Thursday, April 15th, 2021 @ 10 AM

LOCATION: Charlotte High School - Tarpon Stadium

COST: *$150 per school (covers starter/timing expenses)

ADVANCEMENT TO REGIONS:TOP 4 in each event will automatically advance on.

MEETMANAGEMENT / CLERKING INFORMATON


- Clerking for the100m / 100H /110H- @ The Northwest Corner at a table / tentOUTSIDE of the track



- Clerking for ALL OTHER TRACK RUNNING Events @ the Southeast Corner at a table / tentOUTSIDE of the track
-Entry for High Jump Will Take Place @ the Southeast Corner

-Entry for Pole Vault Will Take Place @ the Northwest Corner
-Entry for all other field events (Javelin, Discus, Shotput, Long / Triple will take place at event area. )
***INFIELD WILL BE CLOSED TO ATHLETES NOT COMPETING. ATHLETES NOT IN COMPLIANCE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED***
-WARMUPSwill be doneOUTSIDEof the infield and located inTWOdesignated areas around Tarpon Stadium.
-IT IS BEST RECOMMENDEDto have your athletes initially check in following1ST CALLat the clerking table, then proceed to the designated warm up areas

BETWEEN 2ND CALL& 3RD CALL, your athletes may report back to the clerking area and will be allowed

into the holding area as they await ushering to the infield
following 3rd call.

***(Athletes Need toReport to the Clerking / Holding Area Ready to Compete.(Spikes on, warmups

off).
Bags etc, will NOT be allowed on infield. )***

-PLEASE UNDERSTANDthat if your athlete checks in between 1st and 2nd call, they willNOTbe allowed on the INFIELD and will be directed to the warmup areas OR be asked to wait until holding area entry.

-Upon Completion of Track Events, Athletes May Exit Near theFINISH LINEor3oo Hurdle StartLine Side Gate.

2) THROWS / JUMPS: 4 ATTEMPTs.Will be seeded worst to best.

3)STARTING HEIGHTS:Willbe based on the lowest qualifying height.

4) TEAM TENTS: May House Themselves on the Visitor Side Bleachers, Behind the Visitors Side Bleachers


and Anywhere Along the Visitor Side Fencing.

5)WALLY KELLER FIELDHOUSE AWNING must be clear of teams for Medical Personnel and Staff.

*The Home Side Stands and Fencing Will Be Reserved for Spectators *

6)ALL FHSAA RULES will be enforced.
