Registration Password will be sent once registration fee has

been received. Email Coach Aguilar at aguilara@pcsb.org BEFORE sending payment to make sure your team has a spot.

First 12 teams to register will compete.

Location: Crescent Lake, Northeast Corner near 22nd Ave and 5th Ave N.

**This is a flat course where athletes will run around the lake 3 times**

Bathrooms will be located at the baseball field (Huggins Park).

An athletic trainer will be present to help with minor injuries.

It is the responsibility of the coach to make sure that the athletes wear the correct bib on the front of their jersey with four (4) safety pins. Likewise, each athlete will receive a shoe tag (or chip) that matches the bib number. It does not matter which shoe the tag goes on. Coaches MUST RETURN all shoe tags and unused bibs/pins back to the packet pick up area. Shoe tags must be returned in numerical order in the bag supplied. *IMPORTANT*There will be a $20.00 fee assessed for each shoe tag that is not returned. By entering the meet and picking up your packet, you agree to these terms and agree to pay the timer for each missing OR broken shoe tag.

Water: Teams are responsible for bringing water for their athletes. Make sure you team has enough to get through all races and the day. There will be limited water provided by the host team at the finish line for finishers ONLY.

7:30am Girls Varsity (7 athletes)

8:15am Boys Varsity (7 athletes)

9:00am Girls JV (unlimited runners/school)

9:45am Boys JV (unlimited runners/school)

10:45 am awards

Awards:

Team Awards: 1^st and 2^nd place trophies for JV and Varsity divisions for both genders

Individual Awards: 1^st-10^th place ribbons for individual finishers.
