Sponsored by Phillip Rucks.
Phillip Rucks ran cross country for the Frostproof Bulldogs from 1973-1977. He has great stories and memories from running through the orange groves of Frostproof. Our athletes today carry on this tradition running through the same citrus groves on the "Ridge" on a beautiful clay road course through the heart of Florida orange country.
