Please review the following procedures and feel free to contact us with any questions or comments. There are unlimited entries for the 100m and 800m events only- great for late season individual times. All other running events are limited to 5 athletes. Field event limit is 5 athletes.

Entry Fee- $150 per school (or $75 per gender) Please mail to school address listed below.
Only teams listed on Direct Athletics website will be able to register. The team number will be capped at 20 teams. Invited teams will receive an email from the meet director and entry fee received to be listed on the DA website for athlete registration.
All Entries must be submitted on Direct Athletics by Wednesday, March 23 at 10pm so slow heats of 1600 and 3200 can be set.

Team champion and runner-up trophies will be presented at the end of the meet.
No Coaches Meeting- use time to organize field and 4x800 athletes.
4:00pmField Event Start (G shot, B discus, B HJ, G PV, then switch, both LJ followed by TJ, *Minimum distances below** Javelin event after field events conclude- during running events)
4:00pm 4x800 Relays- followed by unseeded heats of girls/boys 1600 and 3200- plan relays accordingly
5:30pmRunning events (rolling schedule with girls first) **Javelin competition on infield during races**
100/110 Hurdles
100m Dash
1600m Run (one heat girls and boys each- top 20 times- all others run during field events)
4x100m Relays
400m Dash

3200m Run(one heat girls and boys each- top 24 times- all others run during field events)

*In an effort to protect the rubber track surface, please be sure that athletes are using 3/16th inch pyramid or needle spikes or shorter.
*Please limit your entries in the field events to 5 per gender
*Unlimited entries in the 100m and 800m events ONLY.
*Minimum distances for throwing and jumping events although all athletes will have one official mark measured.Athletes will get 3 attempts total but will only be measured if their attempt exceeds the top 10th throw/jump distance.
*Athletes may participate in 4 events total per FHSAA guidelines
