Time Schedule: Estimation of time schedule- Facility opens at 7am

Field Events:

8:00am-11:00am Shot Put and Long Jump - 6G, 6B, 7G, 7B, 8G, 8B

(There is only 1 shot put ring)

Running Events:

8:00AM 1600M - 6G

8:10AM 1600M - 6B

8:20AM 1600M - 7G

8:30AM 1600M - 7B

8:40AM 1600M - 8G

8:50AM 1600M - 8B

9:15AM 100M - 6G, 6B, 7G, 7B, 8G, 8B

9:50AM 400M - 6G, 6B, 7G, 7B, 8G, 8B

10:30AM 4 x 100 Relay - 6G, 6B, 7G, 7B, 8G, 8B

11:25AM 800M - 6G, 6B, 7G, 7B, 8G, 8B

12:15PM 200M - 6G, 6B, 7G, 7B, 8G, 8B

1:00PM 4 x 400 Relay - 6G, 6B, 7G, 7B, 8G, 8B

Entry Guidelines:

1. 3 Athletes per school for all individual events.

2. 1 Relay per school for the 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 Relay.

3. Max event total = 4.

Registration Guidelines:

All entries will be submitted via the www.flrunners.com online system.
