CYS Volusia County Mini Meet 1 2022

• 8:30 AM Volunteers/Officials Meeting at finish line area.  
• 9:00 AM Coaches and Athletic Director Meeting by Timer Tent (located at finish line) Pick up meet packets/wristbands/Q&A time.  
• 9:45 AM Player Prayer and National Anthem  
• 10:00 AM Field/ Running Events Begin 
• 1:00 PM - All Field Events Close at 1:00 PM. No exceptions. 
• 2:00 PM - We are hoping to have the Track Meet completed by 2:00 PM 

10 a.m. - 1130 a.m. 

 K-2nd athletes will begin the meet on the track with field events open for Middle School. Running events for this grade will be ordered as follows: 50m, 100m, 4x100m, 200m, mixed relays 

While this is going on all 3 through 8^th will complete their field events.  

1130 am - 2 pm

3rd through 8^th begins 100m, 1600m, 4x100m, 400m, mixed relay, 800m, 200m, 1600 Meter Relay (Mile Relay)  

While this is going all K through 2 should complete their field events
