Meet Information
Maximum 6 entries per team per field event.
Unlimited entries in the open 100m dash and 800m run.
2-4x400 relay teams per school (A & B team) (3rd team will be allowed at the meet if all 8 lanes aren't filled)
Coaches meeting/pits open at 5:30pm with rolling start of field events to commence as athletes are ready. Running events will follow when field events complete.
Order of Events:
1. Field:
Girls & Boys long jump, followed by Girls and boys triple jump.
Girls discus followed by boys discus.
Boys shot put, followed by girls shot put.
Boys javelin, followed by girls javelin.
2. Running events
-1. 100m dash. Girls followed by boys.
-2. 800m run. Girls followed by boys.
-3. Cornbread 4x100m Relay. 1 combined heat.
-4. "Fired Up"4x400m Relay. Girls followed by boys.
