Meet fees: $75 per team/$50 per gender
Coaches meeting 3:30pm
Field Events 3:30pm (long, high, shot)
4x800: 4:30pm
5:00pm running events - rolling (100mH/110mH, 100m, 1600m, 4x100m, 400m, 300mh, 800m, 4x400m)
1600m - 5 athletes each
All other events- 4 athletes each
2 relay teams permitted in all relay events
We will not have the following events: Javelin, Triple Jump, Discus, Pole Vault, 3200m, 200m
