ODA Middle School Meet Schedule

3:15pm = Coaches Meeting

3:30pm = Field Event Start (girls shot, boys discus, girls HJ, then switch, both LJ)

4:15pm = Running Events Start (rolling schedule)

  • 100m Hurdles
  • 100m Dash
  • 1600m Run
  • 4x100m Relay
  • 400m Dash
  • Sprint Medley Relay (100-100-200-400)
  • 800m Run
  • 200m Run
  • 3200m Run
  • 4x400m Relay

  • This meet is limited to the first 15 teams. Email me for the password.
  • Entries are due Sunday, March 13 at 11:00pm.
  • Timing provided by Miles and Minutes, LLC. and race official is Tom Orehowsky.
  • Athletes must be in grades 6-8 to participate in this meet.
  • Each athlete may compete in a maximum of 4 events.
  • Each school may have unlimited entries in the running events.
  • Coaches will be asked to assist with the field events.
  • Opening heights for high jump: Girls = 1m and Boys = 1.2m (metric).
  • Please make sure racing spikes are 3/16 in. pyramid or shorter.
  • Gate fee is $5/spectator. Masks are required when inside campus buildings.
  • Team entry fee is $150/school. Please mail to below address, or bring check to meet.
