Meet Information
General:
1. All FHSAA rules are in effect. All athletes will sit on the west side (side opposite of the press box ) All schools will be assigned a field event to officiate Please keep your athletes off the infield unless competing in a field event. Warm up area will be outside the stadium area. Any questions please e-mail: Rmoody13@aol .com.
2. All field events will be completed on Monday.
3. Each field event will have a minimum mark to be measured to speed up the meet. These marks will be given at the coaches meeting and will be determined based on the entry seed marks. Starting heights and measuring distances will begin with the 20th best seeded thrower or jumper.
4. There will be open races in the 800m, 1600m, and 3200 to run all runners that did not make the top 16 in those events. Times will be verified. There will not be any more runners added to these events except the 4 already allowed.
5. Running prelims and finals will be on Tuesday.
6. The events will follow a rolling schedule with the finals starting 20 minutes after the last preliminary race.
7. Awards should be picked up after the completion of the meet in the press box.
Entry Procedure:
1. Athletes will enter online through www.flrunners.com beginning March 3rd (I will have this link at www.elitetiming.net as well.)
2. Deadline for entries will be by 12 pm on March 28th.
3. You may enter 4 athletes per event per school and 1 team per relay event.
4. There will be no add-ons or substitutions.
5. We will also scratch athletes from the running events on Monday and I will reseed the running events for Tuesday.
