Coaches,

Limit of 3 entries per individual event. A fourth entry in individual events is permitted if all four contestants have established a mark equal to or better than the two-year rolling average mark for 8th place in the last 2 Gateway Conference Meets.

Registration:

All Registration will be completed through www.directathletics.com. All Registration must be in by Tuesday, April 4, 2023 @ 11:59PM! After Tuesday, NO changes will be accepted.

The Gateway Championship Finals format will be run in a finals-only format.

* Running events will be run in heats against time(slowest to fastest)

* All field events will have 4 attempts ONLY except high jump and pole vault.

* Limit of 3 entries per individual event. A fourth entry in individual events is permitted if all four contestants have established a mark equal to or better than the two-year rolling average mark for 8th place in the last 2 Gateway Conference Meets. (See Sample Below)

12:00PM - Coaches Meeting (In the end by the scoreboard)

1:00PM - Field Events (All implements must be turned into Weights & Measures before competition)

4x800m final, Javelin, Shot, Discus, High Jump, Pole Vault, Long Jump, Triple Jump

5:00PM - Finals

100mH/110mHH, 100m, 1600m run, 400m, 4x100m, 300mH, 800m, 200m, 3200m run, 4x400m Relay Final
