Coaches meeting will be at 8:00 am. Running events and field events will start immediately after the meeting.
Entries are Due by May 5th at noon.  No late entries will be accepted!!!

100 Meter Prelims

1600 Medley Relay (200-200-400-800)

100 Finals

800 Meters

4x100 Meter Relay

400 Meters

200 Meters

4x400 Meter Relay

An Athlete can compete in 2 running events and 1 field event.

4 athletes per event

1 relay per school (you may add up to 8 athletes to your relay team) and relay slips will be used to note which 4 are running.

No Spikes

No additions or changes the day of the meet.

You must enter relay team members plus alternates.

Penalty:  A competitor who participates in more than allowed events by rule shall forfeit ALL individual places and points and any relay places and points they competed in, and shall be disqualified from further competition in that meet 

Starts will be one command method Example - Set and then the gun to start.

Each School is responsible for their own water and ice.
