Meet Information

This meet POSTPONED and to rescheduled to OCTOBER 23 or 24th due to HURRICANE.

Greetings! A few details are subject to change so please look back at these notes intermittently up until race day for any changes with schedule or details based on final number of teams attending. Experimenting a little with how big to make this meet according to what I can accommodate conveniently. 

We are looking to incorporate a higher number of total teams this year as I look to build this meet for the future. If you as coaches are looking to run a fast early-season course (half pavement/half grass, 2.5 loops and finishing on the track), this is the one for you.

Tentative plan is now to race all teams together since only top 7 in Varsity (East Hills teams will have separate but included timing for purposes per mandatory county season guidelines (capping it at 15 extra teams outside the 10 East teams) 

***Payment: Please either send through school mail for all Hillsborough County schools or bring cash or check to race morning of at coaches meeting: checks made out to PCHS Athletic Booster Club: Attention Ben Martucci

East Hills Teams: Meet and timing fees are covered for these teams.

All outside approved teams (capping at 15 teams this year): $100 per gender or $150 for both genders

Coaches meeting by Timer Tent @ 7:00a - Bill Jenkins with TRC to time meet.

*There will be awards given: top 10 shirts will be given in Varsity races and top 5 in JV races. There will be Team Champion and Runner-up trophies for Varsity and JV Champion trophies on both sides only.

7:00 Coaches meeting / Breakfast for coaches in tent set-up

7:15 Girls Varsity (top 7) 

7:45 Boys Varsity (top 7)

8:15 Girls JV

8:20 Boys JV (Boys will line up behind Girls at start line and will take off a few mins after Girls)

9:00 Awards 
Course map available morning of with packet pick up. I'll send out an email prior to meet as well if I can. Please register all entries on DA by Wednesday 8/30 at 11pm. If you don't have 7 runners and aren't running them all varsity, enter them wherever you would like Varsity or JV. Holler with any questions of course. My cell: 352-238-8229
