Meet Information
This is the meet that was POSTPONED and rescheduled to this date now due to the Hurricane. We hope we can fill up 25 teams slots total for our meet as we can now host it as a last chance meet if any local teams need a meet in before their District race.
Greetings! A few details are subject to change so please look back at these notes intermittently up until race day for any changes with schedule or details based on final number of teams attending. Experimenting a little with how big to make this meet according to what I can accommodate conveniently.
We are looking to incorporate a higher number of total teams this year as I look to build this meet for the future. If you as coaches are looking to run a fast course(half pavement/half grass, 2.5 loops and finishing on the track), this is the one for you.
***Payment: Please either send through school mail for all Hillsborough County schools or bring cash or check to race : checks made out to PCHS Athletic Booster Club: Attention Ben Martucci- XC
East Hills Teams: Meet and timing fees are covered for these 10 teams.
All outside approved teams (capping at 15 extra teams this year): $100 per gender or $150 for both genders
$10 cash or check for INDIVIDUAL RUNNERS.
Coaches meeting by Timer Tent @ 5pm - Bill Jenkins with TRC to time meet.
*There will be awards given: top 10 shirts will be given in Varsity races and top 5 in JV races. There will be Team Champion and Runner-up trophies for Varsity and JV Champion trophies on both sides only.

5:00p Coaches meeting / Sandwiches for coaches in tent set-up
5:15p Girls Varsity (top 7 only)
5:30p Boys Varsity (top 7 only)
6:00p Boys JV
6:05p Girls JV (Girls will line up behind Boys at start line and will take off a few mins after Girls)
