Meet Information
All teams will be limited to 3 individuals per event, and one relay team per event. Miles and Minutes will be doing the scoring for this meet and entries will be done on directathletics.com.
There will be a full concession stand for convenience as well as tickets for coaches concession stand.
Awards will be given to the top 3 athletes and trophies will be given to the championship and runner-up teams.
The entry fee is $125 per team or $175 per school. Please make checks payable to: Tohopekaliga High School.

All running events are girls first, then boys:
8:00 am Rolling schedule -3200 all heats, 800 (slowest sections), 1600m (slowest sections), 4x800m
Seeded races for the 3200 and 1600 will be the top 20. The seeded 800 will be the top 16
11:15 am - Senior Recognition
12:00 pm - RunningFinals100/110mh, 100m, 800m (top 16), 4x100, 400m, 400mh, 200m, 1600m (top 20), 4x400m
