This event will take place on March 2, 2024. All teams will be limited to 4 individuals per event, and one relay team per event. Miles & Minutes will be doing the scoring for this meet and entries will be done on directathletics.com. We have a new synthetic track with great facilities! There will be a full concession stand for convenience as well as a complimentary lunch for coaches. All field venues are located close to the track facility.
Awards will be given to the top 3 athletes and trophies will be given to the championship and runner-up teams.
We will seed the top 16 800-meter runners and the top 20 1600-meter runners. All others will run in the slower sections of those races in the morning. Please check the live results page on Milesplit.live Friday morning to help with planning.
We are looking forward to hosting this event and we are looking forward to great competition. The entry fee will be $125 per team or $175 per school. Checks need to be made out to Harmony High School. This meet will be limited to the first 30 schools that respond.

12:00pm Running Finals 100/110mh, 100m, 800m (fastest section), 4x100m relay, 400m, 400mh, 200m, 1600(fastest section), 4x400m relay
