Saturday, August 17th. Start time, 8:00am
Get an early jump on the Cross Country Season, grab a couple of your favorite running partners and run your new favorite event, the Inaugural Lake Park XC Relay.
This relay race will consist of three legs, each 2 miles long for a total team distance of 6 miles. The course will consist of mostly packed surface with about 1/2 mile of paved road.
Race Format* Three person relay, with each runner running his/her own 2 mile leg.
- Middle School, High School and Open team categories (no upper age limit).
- Can be school, club or unaffiliated teams
- Teams can be Male, Female or Mixed Gender (2 males/1 female or 2 females/1male)
- Awards for male, female & mixed gender teams.
AWARDS : Male, Female & Mixed Gender Team Categories. 1st, 2nd & 3rd place awards in middle school, high school and open team classifications.
PRICING: $20 per runner/$60 per team of three.
