A 2 loop run on 20 acres of Old Florida located in Venus, Florida. Course is partly shaded, 99.9 pct grass and spectator friendly.

We will need to pay for portable toilets. We are looking at $75.00 per gender, $150 for both boys and girls. Make the check out to "Lake Placid High" for registration and mail it to Lake Placid High School, 202 Green Dragon Drive, Lake Placid, FL 33852
Course Preview is anytime on Friday, September 6th after 730am until sunset with a signed waiver
Packet Pickup will be the morning of the meet
Course markings will be in 1K and mile increments.
Meet Day:
Gates open 645 - Sunrise 0708
Boys Race - 0830
Girls Race - 0900
Free Parking - Free admission - Coffee/Tea/Donuts will be provided
As the meet is being held on private property, liability waiver release forms need to be signed and returned prior to September 6th.
Please arrive early as the main entrance will close at 8:20am with course closure. After 8:20am, parking will be on the main road. Parking will be greatly helped by carpooling.
Team Buses will drop off at the main entrance to the course and remain on the road for the duration. Team tents and coolers will be assisted to the Team Area for set-up.
Teams will form up by the Flagpole for the National Anthem at 8:20. Team introductions to follow.
Awards - Trophies to winning Teams and ribbons for top 3 finishers.
