Meet Location: Morningside Park 750 NE 55th Terrace Miami 33137
Meet Registration: Registration is on www.directathletics.com. All entries are due by Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 11:59pm *Every runner needs a bib number, please submit all athletes! *
Entry Fees: Middle School & High School: $180 per school ($90 per gender, $25 per athlete if not a full team) Checks made out to: The Cushman School (Please email if you need a W-9)

Time Schedule: Middle School (3k races):
4:00pm = Coaches Meeting (by the timing tent)
4:15pm = Girls MS 3K Race (20 runners)
4:45pm = Boys MS 3K Race (20 runners)
5:15pm = Girls Varsity 5K Race (up to 10 runners)
6:00pm = Boys Varsity 5K Race (up to 10 runners)
Individual Awards: Medals awarded to the top 3 finishers for all races

SAFETY REMINDER: *While safety is everyone's concern, please remember that it is the Head Coach's responsibility to ensure that their athletes can successfully run an entire race without stopping. The responsibility of the Meet Host is to provide proper medical care in an unforeseen circumstance. Please do not risk athlete injury by coaching carelessly. Also, please bring enough liquids to keep your athletes properly hydrated. BUSES REMINDER: *Please have all buses unload athletes in the parking lot, not on the street, as is being requested by Park Management. There have been safety concerns, and this is a precautionary measure to help ensure safety. Thank you.
