Entry procedures: Athletes must be entered via flrunners.com. All entries must be submitted by 11:59pm Monday 22nd. No additions but you may scratch at meet.
Entry fee: $70 Check payable to Hernando High Track and is due @ coaches meeting before the start of the meet or you can mail it to:

Athletes can only enter in 4 events including relays.
For field events no more than four athletes from each school per event. Spikes no longer that 3/8 inch allowed. Starting height and distance may be adjusted @ coaches meeting but are intially set @ HJg: 4'0 HJb: 5'0, PVg: 5'0 PVb: 7'0, Dg: 80 Db: 100, SPg: 20 SPb: 30
Coaches please bring one volunteer to help out with events.
