- 10:30am - 110m Hurdles, 100m hurdles 15+, 13-14 boys, 13-14 girls, 80m hurdles
- 11:00am - 100m Dash
- 11:45am -400pm
- 12:15pm - 400m hurdles followed by 200m hurdles
- 12:45pm 200m dash
- 1:15pm 1500m dash
