TEAM ENTRY FEES:
$349 per school payable to: Lakewood Ranch H.S. Cross Country (invoice available below).
Individuals are $30 each.
First 30 payments we receive will secure your spot in our meet. You will be invited to do your entries on Direct Athletics once your payment has been received.

PARKING & ENTRY:
Free parking
No one except coaches with wristbands will be allowed on the turf inside the track until all races are complete and we begin the awards ceremony. Please share this information with all athletes, parents, and fans.
$7 entry fee for spectators to enter the track/stadium/finish line area. Tickets on GoFan only.
ENTRIES:
10 entries per varsity race
Unlimited entries for the JV race

SCHEDULE:
7:00 a.m. - coaches' meeting at track finish line - one coach minimum per school, please
7:30 a.m. - Girls Varsity (10 runners per team - 40:00 time limit - timing stops at 8:10 a.m. for the next race)
8:10 a.m. - Boys Varsity (10 runners per team - 30:00 time limit - timing stops at 8:40 a.m. for the next race)
8:40 a.m. - Combined JV (unlimited)
9:30 a.m. - Awards in the stadium
AWARDS:
Awards for team champion and runner up for varsity races only
Individual medals for top 20 in both varsity races and top 10 girls and top 10 boys in JV races
TEAM/ATHLETE INFO:
All teams set up in tent city across from track/tennis courts or there are a few spots behind the visitor stands (east) side of the stadium by long jump and pole vault.
A trainer will be on site.
PLEASE CLEAN UP YOUR TEAM AREA. TRASH CANS AND TRASH BAGS PROVIDED.
Food trucks and concessions will be available.
Event shirt vendor will be available.
Please bring plenty of water for your athletes.
