Registration Fee Notice:
If you know your team will not be able to make the race, please unregister your athletes. You will be billed $1 for every athlete registered if your team does not show up. Please do not register athletes that will not be racing as we will be charged by the timing company for each athlete registered for the meet. DO NOT REGISTER YOUR ENTIRE TEAM IF THEY ARE NOT ALL RACING.
Entry Fees:
Middle School: $100 per school ($50 per gender, $20 per athlete if not a full team))
High School: $200 per school ($100 per gender, $20 per athlete if not a full team)
NO refunds to no shows or if meet is canceled
Checks payable to: Coral Park HS
Please bring checks to the meet.

Middle School (2.1 mile races):
9:30am = Coaches Meeting (by the timing tent)
10:00am = Girls JV Race (unlimited runners; no 8th graders)
10:30am = Boys JV Race (unlimited runners; no 8th graders)
11:00am = Girls Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
11:30am = Boys Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
12:00pm = Awards Presentation
Cut-off = Excessive Walking / 12:00 at 1 mile
No 8th graders allowed in JV races
High School (5k races):
3:00pm = Coaches Meeting (by the timing tent)
3:30pm = Girls JV Race (unlimited runners)
4:15pm = Boys JV Race (unlimited runners)
4:50pm = Girls Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
5:30pm = Boys Varsity Race (up to 10 runners)
6:00pm = Awards Presentation
Cut-off = Walking / Girls at 16:00 at 1.55m mark / Boys at 14:00 at 1.55m mark
Note: An athlete who runs MS cannot also run HS
Team Awards:
Boys & Girls Champion and Runner-Up Trophies (JV and Varsity)
Individual Awards:
Medals awarded to the top 10 finishers in JV
Medals awarded to the top 20 finishers in Varsity

SAFETY REMINDER:
*While safety is everyone's concern, please remember that it is the Head Coach's responsibility to ensure that their athletes can successfully run an entire race without stopping. The responsibility of the Meet Host is to provide proper medical care in an unforeseen circumstance. Please do not risk athlete injury by coaching carelessly. Also, please bring enough liquids to keep your athletes properly hydrated.
BUSES REMINDER:
*Please have all buses unload athletes in the parking lot, not on the street, as is being requested by Park Management. There have been safety concerns and this is a precautionary measure to help ensure safety. Thank you.
