We are so honored to be hosting the 1st and hopefully annual Pinellas County Wide Middle School Championship for Track and Field. This is a Championship meet and will have some restrictions, so please read this info sheet carefully. Championship Order of Events
3:30 PM - Teams arrive (no arrivals before 3:30 due to carline)
4:00 PM - Coaches meeting
4:30 PM - Field events
Girls Long Jump (East Pit) 3 attempts no finals
Boys Long Jump (West Pit) 3 attempts no finals
Boys Discus, Girls to follow 3 attempts no finals
Girls Shot, Boys to follow 3 attempts no finals
Boys High Jump (Starting Height 4'4), Girls to follow (Starting Height 3'8)
5:00 PM - Unseeded 1600m (girls followed by boys)
6:00 PM - 100m hurdles beings the running events followed by:
- 100m
- Seeded 1600(1 heat of top 16 girls / 1 heat of top16 boys)
- 4 x 100m
- 400m
- 800m
- 200m
- 4 x 400m
*In an effort to protect the rubber track surface, please be sure that athletes are using 1/4 inch pyramids or shorter spike
*All teams are limited to 2 athletes in each event per gender. And 1 Relay per school per gender
*Opening heights for High Jump Girls 3-8, Boys 4-4
*Athletes may participate in 4 events TOTAL.

Gate Fee- $5 for adults. Concession stand is available also
Athlete scratches- please write down any athletes who will
not be running events and give to our timer when you first arrive at the track.
He can organize the heats better with less empty lanes. NO athletes will be
added once the deadline has been reached
Milesplit.live- Lane and heat assignments and results can be
found at milesplit.live on meet day. We will have a clerk on the course to help
organize and remind athletes
The top 3 individuals and top 3 relay teams in each event will receive awards.Team Trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams
Absolutely NO team tents should be in the bleachers or on the brick pavers directly in front of
the finish line.
With So many teams, organization will be important if we plan to leave at a decent time.
Please instruct your kids to be mindful of all officials and instructions!
This meet is only for schools (no clubs, no unattached athletes) in Pinellas County, FL. All athletes must be in grades 6 - 8 to compete.
