3rd Annual DDD Distance Showcase

This event will take place on Friday, December 5th at Freedom High School in Tampa, FL.

Freedom High School has an 8 lane all weather rubber track. 

This event is open to distance runners of all levels! T-shirts for male & female winner in each event

**It is not affiliated with the FHSAA. So no school uniforms allowed**
This event is open to clubs and all ages - adults, college, high school, middle school, elementary and any other runner. 

This meet is a great chance for high school athletes to run one final 5K PR on the track before preparing for track season. This is also a great opportunity to gauge current fitness for the upcoming track season. 

Fees are $15 for unlimited events. **Donut Mile not included**

Race day payment or registration will be $25

Donut Mile registration is $10 - no race day registration as donuts will be purchased beforehand

Gates will open at 5 and races will begin at 6pm

Tentative Schedule (event start times will be moved up if events are finishing earlier):

6:00PM - 800M Run

6:10PM - 1600M Run

6:30PM - 5K Run

7:30PM - Donut Mile

Music will be played throughout the event & lanes 4 - 8 on the home stretch will be open for spectators to cheer on athletes.
