Event Schedule

8:30-9:30 Weights and Measures at event locations

9:30- Coaches Meeting at finish line tent


10:00- Field Events (both LJ then TJ, boys discus, girls shot, girls PV, boys HJ- then switch)


12 Noon- 4x800


12:30- Javelin on grass baseball field (girls then boys)


2:00- Running Events (rolling schedule)

Officials provided by Central Florida Track Officials Association

Gate charge- $8 (FHSAA mandate) credit card or GoFan only

Buses and spectators- please enter campus through Entrance #1 off Ulmerton Road and drop off athletes and supplies by the covered walkway. Please arrive between 8- 8:30am due to car line drop-off. If you arrive after 8:30- please use Entrance #2 at the light on Walsingham and drive around the east side of campus to park near Smiley's/STEM building

Concessions will be available starting around 11:30

Restrooms are located behind the bleachers. No one should enter the school buildings at any time

Trainer Dale Cheatham is on site for the whole day if needed. He is usually on a red golf cart

Spectators may come inside the fences for field events only. All spectators will need to leave the track area before the 4x800 at noon. 

Athlete Check-in-  ALL athletes will need to check-in at the Clerk's Table to compete in running events. Any athletes not competing should remain outside the fences. Warmups will be on baseball and softball fields

Coaches will be allowed inside the track in the "D-cup" areas for field events and running events. Thanks to all who will help with hurdles and exchange zones

Medals and Trophies- Medals for 1st-3rd place will be available behind the Timing Tent after results are posted. Team trophies will be handed out at the end of the meet.
