Wavier: In consideration of my entry being accepted, I intend to be legally bound and do hereby, for myself, my heirs and executors,
waive and release all rights and claims for damages which may herein after accrue against Astronaut High School, Brevard
Community College, Sunshine Rotary, meet sponsors, meet management, race officials and Brevard County Schools and members
of the Florida Coaches Association and the FHSAA, for damages which may be sustained and suffered by my named child in
consideration for entry in the Youth 1 mile Cross Country race. I also waive and release all claims or liabilities of any kind arising
out of my participation in the Youth 1 mile Cross Country run that liability in this type of event, against the above named persons in
the wavier. If my child shall suffer illness or injury, I authorize officials of the race to use their discretion to have him/her transported
to a medical facility and I take full responsibility for their action. I attest and verify that my child is fit and in good health to complete
this event I have read the above release and I (parent) am entering my child in this event at my own risk.
