It was a picture perfect morning for cross country in Winter Garden, but the course wasn't the only thing with some twists and turns at Saturday's West Orange Invitational. Twenty schools were in attendance, but some of those programs were without their top runners.   Lake Brantley took full advantage and swept the team titles.  Maite Moscoso of Brantley and Quincy O'Connor of Celebration won the individual titles.

O'Connor is new to Florida, moving down from New York, and put up another good performance today.

Maite Moscoso is a national class athlete in the racewalk, a pretty unknown and even disrespected event in the sport. She wins the race today at West Orange and talks about the walk.
