Spectator Admission
There will be a $5 spectator admission fee for this event. The costs associated with hosting meets-including park rental, timing services, insurance, awards, staffing, and other event expenses-have continued to increase. Unfortunately, we operated at a loss during our last event on August 28.
This year, we have also stepped in to take over and host several events that otherwise may not have been able to continue because of the increasing costs associated with putting on a meet. Our goal is to continue providing quality local competition opportunities so athletes and families do not have to travel farther to compete. In order for us to continue hosting these meets locally and provide a well-organized, premier event experience, we have made the decision to implement a spectator admission fee.
Admission will be $5 per spectator, and both cash and card will be accepted at the event. We will also be sending out a prepaid admission link within a couple of days of the competition date for anyone who would like to purchase admission in advance and help expedite entry into the event.
Please make sure this information is communicated to your athletes' parents and spectators prior to the event. We truly appreciate everyone's understanding and continued support as we work to keep these competition opportunities available to our local athletes and teams.

SAFETY REMINDER:

*While safety is everyone's concern, please remember that it is the Head Coach's responsibility to ensure that their athletes can successfully run an entire race without stopping. The responsibility of the Meet Host is to provide proper medical care in an unforeseen circumstance. Please do not risk athlete injury by coaching carelessly. Also, please bring enough liquids to keep your athletes properly hydrated.

BUSES REMINDER:

*Please have all buses unload athletes in the parking lot, not on the street, as is being requested by Park Management. There have been safety concerns and this is a precautionary measure to help ensure safety. Thank you.

Registration & No-Show Policy:

Once a school or team registers for the meet, the entry fee is due regardless of whether the school ultimately attends. If a registered school/team does not show up for the meet, the school/team will still be responsible for the full entry fee. Timing services, race management, bib numbers, timing chips, and other meet resources are prepared in advance based on the entries received. These services and materials incur costs whether or not the school is present on race day. By registering for the meet, schools acknowledge and agree to this no-show policy. No refunds or cancellations will be issued after the registration deadline.

There are no refunds if the meet is postponed or cancelled due to weather.
